Commissioned Works by select artists are coming to Quay.  In 2021 Quay Gallery will bring commissioning of personally considered works by some of our top artists - pieces caringly facilitated by Quay to ensure the finished result is exactly right - for you and your space.

DON PACKWOOD:  Don will be joining Quay Gallery in 2021 to offer commissioned works to our clients.  Don is New Zealand's best automotive artist (and one of the the world's!) and we are so very excited to bring his work to our customer base.  Don has painted his automotive subjects in scenes from all over the world.  He can place your treasured classic car in your favorite location in such the most spectacular way.  These are works that become family heirlooms - especially if kept together with the vehicle that inspired them.

RICHARD WILSON:  Richard is an amazing landscape artist that is painting at such an incredible level at such an early age and we are proud and priveledged to bring his work on a commission basis.  Richard can bring to life a moment in time, the place the moment was created and with such incredible attention to detail as to immortalise it forever.  This will be a piece that will not only be of huge personal value to you now, but will be an investment into the future.  Few people can achieve what Richard can in bringing together light, mood and natural elements in such a way - and we will personally guarantee that commissioned works from this artist will be the absolute star of your art collection.

​BARI DUNCAN:  Bari is one of New Zealand's best seascape artists with an extraordinary ability to 'bring the ocean to life' on canvas.  Bari can so accurately portray your favourite beach, beach scene, seascape or that one wave you photographed so superbly and now want recreated in oil on canvas.  Bring us your photos, thoughts and ideas and we will work with you to commission an incredible painting for your home or holiday home by an artist that will 'leave it all on the canvas' to ensure you get the exact piece you want.

SANDRA WHYTE:  We are excited to bring Sandra's exquisite 'monochrome studies' to our Quay Clients.  Pick from your photographed memories - a precious moment and Sandra can recreate in oil on linen or board, an incredible and personalised painting that will be treasured for years.
