These works are based on the interpretation of hand-made and individually unique Japanese papers sourced on a trip to Tokyo. The insertion of small critically placed elements of marquetry which give a thematic to the image. The papers have a three dimensional quality and lend themselves to spatial interpretations relative to the cosmos, hence the title Space Sphere and Spheres
