Artwork at Quay Gallery
The gallery can offer fine viewing for all contemporary and traditional art lovers including regular solo and group shows. Among the exhibits are original authentic paintings, ceramics, jewellery, sculpture, glass, and bronze pieces as well as limited edition prints all produced by New Zealand artists.
Quay Gallery exhibits works from well known New Zealand artists including David Traub, N.Z. Glass Artist of the Year 2008. NgAng, N.Z. Pastel Artist of the Year 2008. Artists include Gary Waldrom, Michelle Bellamy, Belinda Wilson, Jane Puckey, Russell Jackson, Sue Schaare, Jason Hicks, Kathy Boyle, Prakash Patel, Anna Stichbury, Julie Greig, Sue Cooke, Doreen McNeill, Lois Isaacs, Carolyn Johns. The gallery represents many established and emerging artists from Hawkes Bay, and has a very good selection of New Zealand made jewellery, ceramics, bronze, glass and sculptures.
Clients may choose from over 200 original paintings which include landscapes, seascapes, still life, traditional, contemporary, abstract and mixed media. We can organise commissions if we don't have in stock what you are looking for. Art works can be obtained from artists not currently exhibiting with Quay gallery.
